Through our partnership with parent company, Vion Food, Global and Sonac Vuren have the enviable reputation of providing quality assurance from slaughtered animal to the ceramic product delivered to customers.
Raw Bones are received exclusively from healthy animals declared fit for human consumption by government authorities.
The bones are then subjected to degreasing, protein extraction and calcination in The Netherlands before being transferred to Global's state-of-the-art processing facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
Global mill and process the bone ash in to a format suitable for use in the manufacture of fine bone china. Each grade is specifically tailored to meet the exacting requirements of individual customers, ensuring that the client can achieve maximum performance within their process.
